Hardcase Lipos swollen! - Are they toast?

I took the fastech out today, running my two 25-30c 5000mah turnigy hardcase lipos. Did a pretty good run, brought it to shore. Didn't get down to the voltage limiter. The packs swelled a bit, enough that it cracked one of the seams. Now they both feel a bit squishy and swollen.. are they toast? I am afraid to charge them, or even have them in my house! I have run turnigy soft pack 20c's in it 5-6 times with no issues..

THe voltages in the Not-so-swelled pack are 3.74 and 3.56, the more swollen pack is 3.73 and 3.73.. I just threw one in the bar fridge in the garage for now to see if it will help the swelling

I hooked the off-voltage one up to my triton eq and left it on slow balance mode to try to bring the voltage back to even..
