    Best prop and expected speeds.

I have a new mystic and would like to keep the electronics stock. What are the best prop options and what kinds of speed should i expect running 2 grim racer 4200mAh 7.4v batteries. Discharge rates are 30c continuous and 60 surge. They are 2 cell batteries.

All stock Mystic with 2 5600 60C lipos and a Octura X447 prop. Slightly raise the strut. This thing lit up. Ck out video. I very happy now. Hope this helps. Not sure of speed but very stable. Will race good in stk class.

I sure hope you have upgraded the contacts and keep an eye on runtimes with that setup... You are pulling around 85-90A average now through that 60A ESC, which will likely take it. The 3.5mm contacts, on the other hand, are likely already desoldering... Be careful!

Forgot to mention, no connectors at all. I direct soldered ESC wires to motor wires. My boat desoldered a connector on its maden run. Got rid of them then. Only two boats in video, but in oval racing with 4,5or 6 boats you very rarely hold it flat out all the time. So far motor temps and battery temps good. We ran a lot more laps in the video than what a normal race requires. Sure I have it on the upper limits, but thats what it took to to make it exciting. Thanks for the info. Thanks Darin.

I just ran my mystic with 2p4s 30/40 batts. Got about 4.5 min runtime and I also raised the stinger to be even withthe bottom of sponsons.

It went 42.3mph with a x442 SB prop. Temps on Hk esc and motor were perfect.
