Somewhere in the 7-10 min range with the same size batts that you have and where you have the lipo cut off set at.

7 minutes? Try timing your runs. 4-5 minutes in FE is considered long.

Guess it depends on what you want to do with it. Some folks want to push the electronics as much as possible for high speed runs, others like to race, some just like to play with it in the pond as is.

If your goal is longer run times you could put a smaller prop on it, go slower and get more run time? or buy bigger batt packs? If you put in 2x4cell packs you will double your run time.

The more you push the boat the less run time you get. Now that I'm running bigger props I'm getting 5min run times but the boat now runs 10mph faster then stock.
