That guy always has miss geicos that are in various stars of disrepair for sale. The only thing I can think of is that he is getting the returned boats from the distributor.
This part of the description cracks me up though.

I got a great deal from them on a MG for $170.00. Said Rx & ESC not working, slight gelcoat crack on bottom and no hatch.
He had the esc plugged in backwards. The whole thing was go and since I had a Tiqueman FG cowl, I was good to go.
Sold the guts for what I paid for the boat, gutted the inside added CF to interior and just laid down some red paint to make it a BJ29 version.
I got lucky
