    Anyone out there explain to my how this works or does anything
    you still touch 2 plugs together just small ones

      Theirs a resistor in the in the little plug.

      The spark on power up is the caps in the esc instantly charging. Personally I like the spark, let's me know my esc is working and the caps are still healthy, the connectors can take a beating though especially above 5s.
