Vibration on MG elec boat strut need help

I cracked my MG transom and had to fix it w some glass and resin etc. when I put it back together it has a vibration in the strut mount. Took it apart filled it w a ton of grease, went away. Now it is back and worse. Everything is balanced on the prop side the shaft seems to just wobbles inside the strut. Is there a pc I am missing inside the strut. I have the nose pc and a small brass bushing that fits inside the strut. Am I missing something else proboat site not much help on this one. Thx

Vibration on the bench or in the water?

On the bench, stopped when I filled it w grease. Now is back after a few runs. Can't tell in the water if it is vibrating. It may be the bushings in the strut. Also what is the repair people do to the ride pads in back. Thx for the help

Looks like la crack in the tube makes a grinding sound when pass it on way back in to motor. Looked at bottom and there is a crack in the paint as it goes through the hull. Anyway to tell if I have a cracked tube. Pump grease in and cover the end to see if it comes out the crack?
Any other ideas to repair other than replace and if replace it what is the best was. Looks like it is in there pretty good. Thx

Bent shaft I think. Everything else checks out but has a wobble in flex shaft when I took prop off and ran it. Bad vibration at the strut and grease won't do it anymore. How do I know if my shaft is bent. Help?
