    leapard 4074

    will the leapard 4074 fit on the standerd mount in MG or do i have to replace it

    info please

    I think it will work ok, But you should find away to support the back can of the motor.
    So it does not move up and down, I used a zip tie and a wedge.
    ? ONLY IF THEY WORK

      Can you take a picture of were the zip tie and wedge is? Planning to put the same motor in. Doesn't leopard make heavy duty motor mounts?

        I went with this set up and love it 4074 t180esc m445 and 2 4s 4500 nanoteck runs 54
        get 4 minute run times x 2 as batterys need a cool down or start to get puffy, run about 120-130 at 4 to 4.5 minutes everything else stays cool 100-110
        I did add extra water pick up so motor and esc are seperate.
        I was going to use the osc motor mount as i did get it but ended up just using the ends, as otherwise would have required me to remove the wood from inside
        I wanted to be able to move stock motor or the 1800kv in also so this set up works fantastic.just 3 dollor piece of alum epoxyed in at back.
        Have had many 40+ mph flips and all stays well.
