Been running the stock electonics with a x642 prop on 4s (5000+ MAH and 50+C), and it was running just fine. Just installed a brand new Seaking 180 and 4074 Leopard 2200, and it runs extremely slow. I did set the full throttle position with the two beeps at the beginning, but the boat seems to be a Spartan in training mode, with no real RPM. What is happening? How do I fix this? The stock electronics are MUCH faster, and this is NOT right!
Problem with new Seaking 180/4074 Leopard2200kv . . . need help!

Check what voltage you have it set to. It beeps/counts how many cells it's connected to so if you are only getting two beeps it thinks your on 2s. Don't use the auto detect, set it on 4s. What batteries are you using and what config?
I think I'm right on this but hopefully others chime in.white geico w/2200kv 3674 leopard 53.5mph 4s2p, geico w/ 1800kv outrunner 52mph on 4s2p, genesis w/2200kv castle 53.8 on 4s2p, impulse 31 w/2200kv castle, stock p1 and ul-1 -
Also, of your using something other that the stock radio make sure it's set to max. I had this problem with a spektrum radio.white geico w/2200kv 3674 leopard 53.5mph 4s2p, geico w/ 1800kv outrunner 52mph on 4s2p, genesis w/2200kv castle 53.8 on 4s2p, impulse 31 w/2200kv castle, stock p1 and ul-1Comment

another thing to check is if the lvc is not working corectly, its been known to cut in to early i personally have the same set up and don't run any lvc protection i just time my runs to 5mins and bring the boat in. Mine runs great this way regularly running at 55mph+ with a m445 prop.Socal Fe member, miss gieco castle 1515 1y t-180, blackjack29 stock, insane FE30 p sport castle 1515 1y t-180, insane FE30 p spec ul-1 motor t-120, insane 34"mono neu 1521 1.5d t-180Comment

Set the LVC to 2.8v and watch your time on the runs.........if that doesnt work turn the LVC off and watch runtime as well.NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE:http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

Just set the lvc on esc to no protection AND TIME your runs DO NOT RUN YOUR CELLS TOO LOW this will ruin your packs. I tried lvc in ever setting and found it best to run no PVC protection.Socal Fe member, miss gieco castle 1515 1y t-180, blackjack29 stock, insane FE30 p sport castle 1515 1y t-180, insane FE30 p spec ul-1 motor t-120, insane 34"mono neu 1521 1.5d t-180Comment

I'm doing great with the Prather 215 with the 3.0, (but it kept hitting the LVc on the stock setting with the 642--others said the 642 is too much prop for this setup). I'll test the 442 and 445 this weekend, but would REALLY like to run the 642 with the 2200kv--that should haul, or is it too much pitch? The 642 worked great with the stock motor.

The 642 is too much, you could have ran it with the stock motor, many folks do. I'd go with an x442 or an m445.NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE:http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=
