What prob best for stock motor with 6s lipo?

Hi ,i'm away fro rc boat for a while ,until i have new Miss Geico ,

Esc is ETTi 200 Marine ,plane to use with lipo 6s

please recommend me best prob ,i not need fastest speed ,but need best stable speed and more fun.
