With this set up i need to get two 4s batterys and hook them up in parallel right?

Or can i get two more 2s packs and hook four to make two 4s?

You can do it with 4 2s packs but it's a pain in the butt. Also keep in mind that running 4s2p you don't need big mah batteries. I used two 3-4000mah which will still fit like the 5000mah 2s and still give you more run time.
I've had great luck with the sky lipos from hobbypartz.com and there cheap too.
