to thrust bearing or not to thrusrt bearing

So im running my MG with the 1800kv pro boat motor and a 60A esc have am445 for prop and now im wondering
should i put a thrust bearing between the collet and motor and if so please list what you are using
also what order does it go if You use one seems to be a 4 part item and ive never used one.
Maybe it is a non issue and I dont need what are your thoughts

www.wohltsrcboats.com they will relieve the pressure on the motors end bell bearing . The one he sells is a perfect fit , you might need one or two 5MM washers depending one the collect your using .
