Broken hatch!!!

So broke my hatch today, not when the boat flipped over, but when I retrieved it in the water and it slipped out of my hands intothe boat I was sitting in... Annoying! Where should I look for a replacement? The place I got the boat doesn´t stock spares.

You can get a fiberglass one made by a fourm member here on ose. But it comes white and you paint it. Hard to match the colors up tho.
Also try horizonhobby and all the other online shops that sell them you can think of and see if they have a stock replacement one. You can reinforce it with fiberglass and that works if done right.

Yeah i saw the fiberglass one, I think I can reinforce one myself with carbon if I get a replacement. Then I don´t have to worry about painting it. Horizon doesn´t ship overseas it seams. I´ll have a look elsewhere.

Good deal. Glad you got what you needed. Now sand inside it with some rough sandpaper then clean really well. And lay up some fiberglass in there and you'll have a nice stronger hatch.

Yeah, planning on doing that! :) the hatch was thinner than a copy paper on the top, ridicilous...
