Best way to configure new esc and motor?

Anyone have any pics or advice on a good configuration? I’m going to use either a seaking 180 or swordfish 2oo and 3674 motor in a geico? I had it together previously with the seaking right behind where the stuffing tube penetrates the hull but it was very tight. Anyone have a better set up while keeping cg in mind?
    Thanks

Thanks, thats pretty much what I was thinking. No problems with removing the wood dividers? How about without fiberglass?
