I run that motor in a 29" skunk boat with a few different props. On 4s with a x447/3 I broke into the 50s. The amp draw was high though so now I run a x447 2 blade. Helps a lot. Boat runs amazing upper 40s now and solid and thats on 4s. That motor is really more of a 4s or 5s motor. 6s is getting up there in the unloaded rpms and the amp draw is gonna pickup. I myself have never thought of running 6s on that motor, I may never even run 5s. Here's a vid with the x447/3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Kfe_MNsTTA the boat is similar in size to the MG. Don't add more voltage, just prop her correctly and she will scoot. JMO

With that being said, a m645 on 4s and you should have a nice solid and reliable runner!

thanks diesel and gibbies I have 2 new 5000mh 3 cell packs on there way so if I get 2 two cell pack on 5 cells what do you think can it work?? I bought the batteries to soon but hopefully I can run it on 5 cells so my new batteries are not wasted. if you were going to try 5 cells diesel with that motor can you tell me what prop you would start with...thanks in advanced for you opinion

Make sure you get the same spec and brand of batts you have now only thing that should be different is the cell count.

5s prather 215, x440, x442, m640, x642, grim 42x55... the 42x55 maybe the winning ticket JMO, but at least start smaller like a x440 and check temps then you can go from there. A eagle tree would really help in the situation JMO...
