    esc programing

    hello all
can the stock esc be programed manually using the radio or do you need a programming card??
if i need a card which one?
i also can use a t-180 esc that i have spare but it has 6.5 connectors and i dont really want to de-solder them, but can i solder the 6.5 to the stock motor wires or will these be to large.??

    thanks!
    Will...

the bigger the better.. 6.5mm are rated at 200amps a little overkill but you wont have to worry about it after that... stock esc need a card. put the t180 in ans then run whatever you want without worry atleast 5s without worry

Yup..I run a SK180 esc on 5s with my all stcok MG..I love it..The 180 is much smoother than the stock esc..Also, the 180 handles 5s with a m445 without breaking a sweat.. Ohh if you need a pro boat programmer I have one Ill sell you..
