Programming Module timing setting

What is the difference between the 2 settings ? and which allows the best top speed?
Which on/off voltage setting should you use with lipo batteries ?
Thanks

Just got a call back from a tech at horizon hobby and was told the boat can use either timing setting.
High will have increased performance and less run time and Low timing will have less performance and longer run time.
Also to use the high voltage cut off setting.
