    My Mini C seems to skip or bounce along...what kind I do to make it run smooth?
    Conditions -All original set up - water is like glass

    I'm not familiar with the Mini-C, but most skipping with cats is caused by the prop being run too deep. Raise the prop 1/16" to 1/8" keeping the same angle. Do this by setting the cat on a flat table and neasuring the distance from the bottom of the strut and the tabletop.

    Other causes can be too little weight for the power/speed - add a few ounces of kead at the CG and try again. Finally, over-powering the hull design can cause skipping and hopping. These are general causes that may or may not apply to your boat.

      Adjust the steerable drive so the top is flush with the lip where the deck joins the hull.
