    thanks fweasel that's what i needed to know . did you ever try any larger of a prop on 4s?
    volantex vector pro ,proboat veles 29 , traxxas spartan, hobbyking/tfl pursuit ,ft009 with rescue rigging

      If your hull bounces with the strut up and batteries toward the back then you need to blueprint the sponsons. Makes a huge difference. 2 out of 3 for me needed it. The new hull ran fantastic today. Didnt get crazy or GPS it but id sayin the low 50s. Time to prop up.

        I spent plenty of time tuning the boat on 4S and the bounce improved, but would not go away. The answer was speed. The hull prefers 6S and ran much better at 50+.

        No, the 642 was the largest total pitch prop I ran on 4S.

            would i want a Y wind or a D wind motor ?? and why?

            the leopard 1600 is sold out here .

            4074 or 4082 and why?? i got a 150 amp esc to work with . the leopard x2 1750 is available . but the 1600 has been recommended more .
