OSE upgraded shaft failure?

Have any of you seen this from these OSE flex shafts for the BJ 29s from OSE? The flex didn't break the flex came apart where it was glued... cost me 90$ after buying another prop re worked shaft etc... Here is a pic of the shaft.

I am running the same shaft, with no problems yet. Have you contacted OSE?

I've never had an issue with OSE shafts and cables letting go.

I wrote them an email but no response. I also placed an order and emailed them about a correction on it so hopefully i will hear something Monday morning.
