Do you have pictures of the damage. I did alot of damage to my boat this week . I cracked the front of my bj all the way sponson to sponson and alot of cracks but I fixed it with some fiberglass and marine grade epoxy it was caused by a reciver failing and my boat going into a dock and It wasn't the stock radio system

Ok well it will be easy then first you need epoxy and some fiberglass I personly would pick a fiberglass mat. also some fiberglass hardener I got all my stuff at home depot first I would use some epoxy to coat the crack lightly. Then I would wait till it dries. I would then cut some fiberglass a bit bigger then the crack. Then mix the epoxy and the fiberglass hardener in a small container the a bit bigger the fiberglass you cut. cover the fiberglass you cut in the mixture at this point you need gloves I would put the fiberglass you cut on the inside your hull then let it dry. If you want extra protection then do the same on the outside

Should I remove the 2 pices of balsa that run along the inside? Cause the crack is right behind those 2 pieces of wood.
