Bad cell?

I noticed some discoloring on 1 of my promatch 4600 cells...how do u remove them and where can I get another 4600 single cell since they are sold out?

Cut the wraping of the cells then I would find the cell that is bad then like a choclate bar crack out the bad cell test it if you can if you have a multimeter If it is bad first you should find a new cell to assemble it go to the to of this page on offshore electrics and look for tips section scroll down to the batterys and there is the directions to assemble a pack
