anyone have any idea what speeds il will be able to reach? ANYONE?!?!

Are you running the stock turn fins? Or have you removed them?
Have you replaced the stuffing tube?

I would venture to guess a conservative estimate of 42-44 mph once you have it setup. Understand that if the boat is running "wet" where it is not as high up on plane, then you may not see those speeds.

What brand of lipos are you running? 20c may be a little low and depending on the manufacturer. The manufacturer specs may either be understated or overstated which could make a big difference.

Having owned two BJ26's, I can say it also depends on your specific hull. One of the ones I owned didn't run very well and the other runs much better, everything being the same. Of course, even though these RTR boats are manufactured to be the same, often times there are slight variations that you may not even be able to see with your eyes, even if you have them side by side.

15c 20 burst maybe a little low. Most people here recommend 20c 30 minimum but I haven't made the plunge to lipos yet so I'm not sure but the price on those is tempting.
