Do you have the programmer? Set the ESC for Nimh and reduce the LVC.

Some on this board have reported that they sometimes lose their settings. There is a workaround in the blackjack section until or if you get a programmer.

You might want to invest in a programmer card. They are around $20.00 and are sold here...http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...prb3311&cat=75

i would check the prop spins freely with your hand. It sounds like you re-installed it without any tolerance and set it a little tight OR since the your batt packs ahve given up the ghost.

Try arming your boat with full throttle selected wait for beeps then let the throttle neutralise. Then try boat out.

Make sure you have 3/16" to 1/4" clearance between the strut and drive dog. Also, what kind of grease did you use?

I know that once mine acted a little strange with the stock radio system. Are you absolutely sure that no water got inside the radio box? and if water has gotten in, have you checked to see if the receiver is wet or damp due to condensation?

I would go through the suggestions above before entertaining my comments, but I did want to offer some of my experiences.

As a final thought, how were the batteries stored and did you cycle them at all? Also did you inspect them for any damage such as a swollen cell etc.?
