after installing the fuller hardware my blackjack seems to be alot slower...any suggestions on what i did wrong?

post some pics of the transom and the motor/coupler/stuffing tube area. same prop as before? what size flex are you running. Make sure it spins freely.

im running an octura 642 flex cable is the same size as stock i believe and ill have to borrow a camera to get some pix up give me the weekend. spins freely? what ya mean?
