I've got the runs!!

So i decided to paint the BJ 26 with testors sapphire blue...one side came out sort of bad....I painted it outside wind shift!! crrappp!! gloop paint. Its only on the bottom i sanded its sort of lumpy. so I just primed it again...just keep tryin to sand that lumps out? It doesnt seem like the lumps are getting any flatter...

Carefully scrape the runs off with a razor blade 90 degrees from the surface.

i'm goin back to white paint with some decent graphics.....I'm letting a pro do it..tired of tasting paint...
