rudder question from newbie. PLZ HELP

I just picked a used BJ26 brushless, I'm a pretty veteran rc'er when it comes to electric and nitro cars, but I am new to the boat seen. Anyway, this particular boat has an offset rudder and the boat seems to pull to that side and want to roll before I can even get up to half speed. I've tried making weight distribution adjustments, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Do I need to to go with and inline prop and rudder set-up or am I making mistakes elsewhere? THANKS

WHAT? the rudder is where? I bought a BJ26 BL as well and the rudder is incorporated with the outdrive, not on one side or another. If thats what you mean by an offset rudder.

I'll get some pictures posted when I get off work tonight, I made some major mods yesterday after looking at some threads on here, such as doing away with the waterproofed radio and esc box to bring my cg down, but I haven't run it since I made these mods last night, but I hope to get her on the water saturday. Hopefully this weight distribution fixes my problem. Thanks guys

I made some major mods as far as removing the tupperware box, removing the battery trays and bring the lipo's back a bit, and some minor adjustments to the rudder and wow what a difference. The BJ runs great, no more flippy mcflipperson, seems like the guy I got the boat from just didn't have it set up properly for all that power. I'm pretty pumped about the way this thing runs. Thank god for sites like this to help me better understand rc boats.
