Maximus.
In my experience the X642 doesn't allow the Ammo to rev. You will need to detongue it. Or get an M642.
An X640 seems to give me slightly more speed & less current drain in a mono. Might do the same in a cat. Not sure on that.
A Grimracer 40 X 52/3 blade is also a good prop on the Ammo. Again that's in a mono, But I did try it on an 8XL in my 32" cat & it was pretty damn fast.
The Ammo needs to rev, it's not a high torque motor.
Don't try the X645 on the Ammo. It will burn.
Regards.

I am using the ammo 2300 in my Campbell shovel with a Prather 215 and GPS says 43.4 MPH (70 kph). It runs faster but the GPS added 147 grams and it ran a bit wet on the sponsons. A friend of mine has the BJ26 and used a Prather 220 and said it was the best it has ever run but he had a stock setup.IMPBA 20481S D-12Comment

pranther 215 is about the same as a x640, he would have got away with a 220 with a stock motor as it is a lower kv and 6 pole, a pranther 220 would kill a ammoComment

The X645 is a great prop for the stock motor. Keep it for that if you intend to use that motor in another boat.See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
