    Black Jack 26 Winter Storage

What is the best way to store my Lipo Batteries for the next 5-6 months? They currently have a full charge (never did get a chance for the last run of the season)
Do I leave them as is and charge them again in the spring?

    Please Advise.

    re lipo batteries

as long as you have them fully charged then they are good for storing for the winter. you should also balance them if you have the balancing leads.

Now I have read that lipos should be stored with a 40% charge.

What can be done to "discharge" a lipo battery?

Many of the better chargers have a discharge cycle. That way you can take the batteries down to 3.0 or 3.1 Volts per cell, then use the % of capacity setting to charge them to 40% for storage.
