    Question for the folks running Fuller's

    I have the catamaran hardware installed but I am wondering about the teflon liner. Do you secure it to the stuffing tube or the brace on the hardware or just leave it to spin with the flexible shaft?

    I ran mine into the nose of the strut. It seems pretty secure there and no water gets in. At least not yet.

      i dont run one..... just plenty of grease

        I ran mine into the strut, but before i did i also added a length of shrink tube from where it leaves the stuffing tube on the hull right up to the and covering the nose of the strut. Also at the motor end a length of hose just nipped off the end of the water pickup about 5 or 6 mm long as suggested by proppnutt see his picture below

        AND NO WATER HERE !!
