    Another prop thread.

    I've seen the most commom reccomendations x442 & x642, but I was told that the x6 would draw more amps.

    Would it be ok to run an x6 with the stock set up?

    I have been running a Grimm racer 36x55 with no issues at all.

    I got a few props from some friends the x642 & an x440 to try out but I don't want to fry the boat.

    Just make sure the tempsn are not too high, then you should be fine. I run mine with a 45mm carbon-filled prop. I don't own a gps to measure the differense in speed

      I used to use the X642 on the stock setup and it was like that for quite a while.But I am up here in B.C. and water temps do stay cool.
