    BJ 26 Motor Source??

Is there a source out there for purchasing just the motor and ESC for a BJ26??

    Thanks,

      Thanks Reedy...

Do these motors all come with the cooling jacket?? The pictures I've seen advertising them all seem to have it...

Anyone know if these are just repackaged Hi-Max motors?? The numbering scheme would seem to indicate so...

Shoot them an email. They answered me promptly about a nitro parts order and also a quick shipment.

They will sometimes sell the BJ 26 motor/controller combo on ebay.

Will this do any good to a stock BJ26?

As far as I know, you can only buy the motor with hte cooling jacket. They told me that it is epoxied on. But maybe you can buy it separate.

Georxt, that looks like its the programming card for the stock BJ esc.

Will it help performance in any way or just a waste of time?

To be honest, I don't know. I ordered one, but my stock esc crapped out before I could use it, and the hydra 120 showed up about a day later.

i believe the cooling jacket is not epoxied on. it was a bear to pull of, but there was no residue on the can or on the o-rings of the cooling jacket. it is just a really snug fit with the o-rings. oddly enough, however, the cooling jacket is a bit too loose for the sv motor.

mm well if its not then the rep from proboat didn't know what he was talking about when I called. If its not then that is good to know.
