Try another set of batteries and if you have a programing card re program your esc and check your voltage cut offs. Does this happen bench testing or under load?

I am having the same issue. I played with the throttle trim and it started to work. But next battery change the same thing, throttle would cut off like low battery.
I reprogrammed the esc with the same setting as my miss geico but without lipo and will test it later today.

Went out and tested the boat today and it still cut off. I put the boat back on the stand and adjusted the throttle trim to the point that the prop would spin without touching the throttle. I the backed the trim screw to the point where the prop stopped. This seemed to work for the rest of the day.
I should be getting a call back from Horizon Hobby tech today.

Going out today and reprogram the esc and try some lipo batteries I have.

Went out and tested the boat with the lipos. It was night and day. Very fast and just ran great. Now the bad part, changed the batteries and the trouble started. While running the throttle would stay on when the trigger was released. Lost throttle control a frew times and then it flipped. Took my miss geico and pushed it back to shore. Drained the water from the hull and tried again and even reprogrammed the esc. seemed ok and then the throttle stuck open and the boat hit the mud bank. Had enough and called horizon hobby. Had a tech call me back in 10 min. After explaining what happened he said the ESC was bad and to send it in for replacement. Dont have the time to wait soI have a new ESC coming on wednesday and will test it on thursday.

Went out today and ran the boat. It ran perfectly , not one issue.

I have had issues with my esc going full throlttle on plug in a few times. Soon as it happens i unplug the batts then I hold the throttle to full and replug in the batts while holding full throttle you will get some beeps then let go and it should work. Actually my esc did it about 2 or 3 times I had to do that and so far it's been good hasn't happened again. I am always srewing with stuff though, changing setting sometimes I use the bec mostly I don't. I have been pushing that esc very VERY hard as well. Keeps ticking though!

I once had a BJ ESC that did some crazy things similar to what you described. As it was explained to me, every 100 or so ESCs have an issue where, most often it will have a jittery signal going to the servo. Occasionally, it will affect the throttle signal. It was not related to radio systems as I tried many setups. If you ever experience something like this, consult the manufacturer and get feedback. If it doesn't resolve the issue, then arrange for them to replace.

I recommend this before having a boat go full throttle and be destroyed, or even worse, someone get's hurt.

My original issue is still there, bench test is good, full throttle . then in the water under load, after 5 seconds it dies, like lipo cut off. fresh batteries. max amps 6000 2s. and i tried 2x 3s lipos, same thing????
