6s for BJ26 motor?

Is 6s to much for BJ26 motor if ran with the proper ESC?

It will work fine with gobs of power! And yes you will need a bigger ESC.

I would not recommend anyone to run 6s on the stock esc but ever since i tried it on mine i never went back to 4s. I have had no problems yet even with 42mm props! I feel its a time bomb waiting to blow though. I've got a dozen or so full runs on 6cell so....tic...tic...tic...???

Wile Im on the subject what esc would be best for the stock motor on 6s. Im not in the market for on yet but it would be nice to know what to get when my time bomb blows. I've heard some things about the hydra hv. But I've also heard people smoking those too?
