    Just get some 3/16 brass tube (K&S 129) and cut a piece to fit.

          As eggneg said but you will also need the K&S 128 tubing inside to adapt the the prop shaft to the 3/16 th inch prop. use CA glue or better yet, contact Jeff Wohlt and he can make the adapter for 6 bucks out of stainless steel. You will need a new drive dog and a longer drive dog set screw but once you are set up it is worth it. 2 2s lippos are the only way to go!

            When I did mine I did'ent have to do anything but installed the sleeve from the plasiic prop into the new one.
            Make sure you always check your collet nut is tight, also any set screws and your prop nut.
