You don't need to change anything. The harness is wired in series. You might need to set up a low voltage cutoff on the BJ controller though.

      Thanks that what I thought.
I can program the esc for high or low voltage cut off, what do you think high or low.

ummm... are you wanting to run the same voltage as one 2S pack? (that is parallel and written 2S2P) this would be very slow. For this you would need to change your wiring harness to one in parallel.

or if you are going for the normal voltage 2S in series (written 4S1P), the boat and esc are designed for this voltage, no need to change anything. I don't know that you have the option to set your LVC... I just remember NiMH vs. Lipo.

            The batterys I'm getting are 2s1p 5600mah 40c 50c burst from hobbyking,
so I guess this would be 4s2p or 4s1p, now I'm getting
Thats if they ever get here.

right each battery is a 2S pack (2 cells in series). When you plug them in to each of the battery leads on the ESC, you notice the wire connecting the two leads together? that means they are in series. SO, you just add the 2S packs together and call it 4S.

The P comes in when you start running them together as black to black and red to red meaning you don't add cells together you just add capacity.

I know this is explained in much more depth elsewhere, you might enjoy reading the whole story.
