    Programming ?

    after programing the esc and got one beep, plug it back into the reciever and turned the switch on, rudder works but motor does'ent run untill i disconnect one battery then reconnect it then everything works fine.
    is this normal?

    My boat does the same thing. Prolly the "high quality esc" pro boat puts in there. I think they spent all the money on a good motor and skimped on the rest.........lol

      G UNIT.
      I think you'll find that's normal with a lot of ESCs.
      After programming adjustments have been locked in to the ESC, the power supply should be disconnected, then the ESC plugged into the receiver, transmitter turned on, THEN the power supply reconnected.
      Sort of like when you download some programmes on to your computer. The computer needs to shutdown & start up again to initialise the programme. Sort of.
