Hey fellow RCers. This is my 1st post so let me start off by saying hi. My name is Jeremy (slim) and this is my first boat. Well now lets get to the questions. I crashed my BJ26 last weekend and it took some bad damage. So i got the idea to make this boat into what i want it to be but i really need some help. As its sits right now im a little overwelmed with whats a head of me. So heres my questions.
1) How hard is it to fiberglass for a 1st timer whos never done it before?
2) I want to use the stock ESC/Motor but whats a good hardware set up for the BJ26? Keep in mind im just a "basher" not a racer. I would just like something better then the stock set up.
3) What kind of paint should i use for painting the outside of the hull?
4) What kinda of clear coat should i use?
5) What kind of "waterproof" tub do you guys used to keep your elect. parts dry? The stock sandwitch box sucks.
