Blackjack 24 throttle is getting stuck wide open

I recently upgraded my blackjack with an ose raider 90 esc and leopard 2750kV motor, running a 42mm cnc prop, 3s, stock receiver set up(srx 200). Today on the second outting, i was wide open and the boat stayed wide open until i threw it in reverse. It did this a few times. Im just curious if its an interference issue, esc issue or receiver issue. Any help would be appreciated. The set up has only had 3 5000 50c batteries ran through it. Thanks!

receiver getting wet?

It had some moisture on it. I was thinking with the raider?s signal loss protection should have prevented it but if the receiver was geeking out it probably wouldnt.

Wrap it in a balloon put 2 zip ties on the end.
