Proboat Blackjack flexshaft

Lost my flex shaft at the bottom of the pond . The cheep Chinese collet finally gave up. changed the setup to a .15 setup now am getting excessive amount of water in boat. Was wondering if anyone has cut the veles flex down to fit thanks mike
