Starship turn fin

All, I want to add a turn fin to my Starship.
I can someone tell me what the placment should be?
In the past other riggers I have seen placed it at the center of ballance, but this is a unique design.
I know that they sell one, but I wanted to fabricate my own.

Is that the front, mid, or rear of the turn fin that is 2 cm in front of the Center of Gravity?

It is the mid-section of the turnfin I am hinting at. Please post a videa-clip when it is back on the water.

I wanted to make my own CF bracket, and reuse a sweet little turn fin I have. So, I was looking for the dimensions of where to place it.
Do you have any picks you can post?
