    Twisted off drive shaft

I got a 27r a few weeks ago , great boat , hell of a blast to run . I decided to add a little more power with LIPO's , a 60 amp ECS , and a Grim racer prop 42 55 , it was crazy fast . I was in the second run when I was able to handle and added power and was full throttle . All was good until I twisted off the drive shaft , and lost the end of the shaft , my prop , prop driver and nut . My question is this , should I upgrade the shaft to something larger , or was it just a faulty shaft and just replace it . The shaft size is .150 now , if I did upgrade where would I find such a thing .
Thanks for any help or suggestions

Thank You , got it on order . It looks like what actually happened is the prop shaft broke away for the cable , maybe heat building up ( but it was greased ) or the solder joint was weak . Is this a common problem with the oem cable ?
