I am running a Futaba S3003 but the stock servo has always worked fine .Also I remove the bottom of the servo housings and use a non conductive non hardening silicone on the small chip board down there i just fill that little cavity with this stuff it is made by 3M but I cant find my tube right now to give you a name. A few people have told me that they would never do this so I really don't want to tell you to do this but it has always worked for me to waterproof my servos.Maybe someone else here can comment on that.

Didn't think to ask you, does everything else work (throttle) is the esc arming because if your servo got wet in the radio box chances are your receiver did also this could be the reason for it not responding. Sometime these thing can be dried out and work fine afterwards and sometimes they need to be replaced you can maybe try drying the servo out also. How lucky are you feeling? but anyway its worth a shot.
