Are anyone using these batts?

I was thinking of converting to lipos for my sv27 & saw these lipos on hobbycity.com & was wondering if anyone else are using these lipos? I just want feedback to know if they are any good & how do they perform with these boats before I make a purchase.

Those are by far the best lipos for the buck.


I havent ran them my self but have heard Nothing BUT Good about them here on OSE and on the Rum Runner forums.

Good batteries. Few days ago thay had them in stock now they are out again. I was running them on Formula Fastech with X642 no problem... Get it...

Well that's good the zippys it is then! Are you guys running the lipo cut off for the esc? Because I heard that you need them when you're running lipos with the stock esc. What happens if you don't have one installed? Will it damage your esc or lipos?

Running lipos down too far will certainly destroy them. You may want to get a liposhield or a different ESC. But some members (not recommended) time their runs. I know I do. Just too lazy to install my liposhield.

Okay so what is the max run time when using these zippy lipo's in case I wanna use my sv without a lipo cut off?
