New sv27 has arrived!!!

My yellow SV arrived today. I took her out of the box and gave her a float test in the tub. Inside stayed dry until I added the batteries. Then it seemed like the S.S. Minnow. Come to find out the rudder screws were loose and leaking like crazy. So I took off all the transom hardware and sealed it all. Thanks to the forum for that heads up. I also added the other turn fin while I was there. It looks like rain all week for me, so I will have plenty of time to get her ready.

True!!!!!!! I spent some time today adding some epoxy to the engine mount and other parts for strength.
