Scorpion ESC on SV

Hello!

I have a NIB 120A Scorpion boat ESC and I was thinking to swap the stock SV ESC with it to run LiPos. Is there any setting that I need to alter in the ESC regarding the motor? I think that it is 6-pole and I am not sure what to set in the ESC...

what does the manual say are the default settings?

The manual says that the timing is auto detected but the frequency is at 8KHz, I just want to know if the 6-pole AQ motor needs frequency other than 8 to operate correctly...

nope, stick with 8khz, you should be fine.
