    Newbe

    Hi all,
I am new to rc boating and have purchased a SV27 and a UL-1 from OSE. I have a lot of experience with RC Cars in both on and off road and I am finding the change to boats a bit daunting. I have been reading the forums and finding them both interesting and confusing.

Probably confusing because this is so much different than RC Cars. I also do both and I have learned that the two RC hobbies are completely different. I have an SV that runs perfectly with no reliablility problems and that is because I set it up with advice from the great people on this forum. Start reading and start prepping!
