          ESC Cooling Plate

          Guys,
the cooling plate on the esc is just a block of 12mm thick aluminium plate, then it has the water ports drilled through it, the water travels in a 'S' pattern through the plate, so the extra ports to get the flow path correct are just blocked with grub screws loctited in. I drilled all of the ports quite large (6.8mm) and blocked those from the back with M8 grub screws, then just used the some M5 fittings for the inlet & outlet. The rason for the bigger holes is more surface area in contact with the water = better cooling.

I will grab some more photo's and post them when I am down the shed later.

The reason it is not worth it is it is a really simple item to make & I am in australia so it is not worth posting it half way across the world.

          Cheers...Tim.
