It depends on the packs you will use. If you use two 2S packs, then you will wire them in series for 4S1P. If you use a single 4S pack, plug in directly. If you use two 4S packs, wire them in parallel for 4S2P. Two 4S/3300 packs should fit, but I don't know if the weight difference will matter much - run time would be loooong.
