    Brass Bullet Nut

Anyone know where I can find a Brass Bullet Nut that will work on SV?

I may be wrong, but shouldn't this one here at OSE fit it??

I never ran my SV with the stock shaft, so I don't recall if it's metric or standard threads... Likely metric, eh??

In either case... while they look nice, I prefer not to use the bullet nuts like this... It has been my experience that they tend to cause balance problems and don't lock down as nicely as standard prop nuts... http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...p?prod=dh-8135

actually if using the stock shaft those wont work.. They are bigger threads than the stock shaft. I was also shocked to find this out. Oh, just clicked the link and it even states it WILL NOT work with stock shaft. I agree also with Darin. Use the regular nuts. Bullit nuts seem to ad woble and dont stay as well as reg. nuts.

Just a little input on the bullet nut, if you run the cf 45 or 48 props there is no room on the tread shaft to put the nut. real tight fit, im sure many know this

For any sv27 upgrade not to mention half the shipping cost.
