    Adjusting the strut angle.

Tried to adjust the strut angle, but when the screws where released no adjustment could be made.

Removed the strut from the boat but the stuffing tube came away with it as it is located into the strut.

Please can you advise how to adjust the strut angle.

The strut on the SV adjusts very little. Check it with a straight edge with the bottom of the boat, put it even to very lightly positive. Just a little more then a push and retighten and it should be fine. Even is good then work with the trim tabs. G/L

To adjust the strut angle you will have to also bend the stuffing tube as it fits inside the strut.
As others have said , the ideal strut position is parrallel with the keel or slightly down at the rear ( 1/16 - 1/8 inch )
If your boat is too loose on the water move the batteries forward rather than mess with the strut angle.
